A bouquet of intensely honeyed flowers (lime blossom, acacia) asserts itself from the very first aromas, with their suave, round character. More pastry-like notes, almost creamy and buttery, appear with aeration, reinforcing the honeyed sensation. On the palate, the freshness is there, with a tangy texture that awakens the taste buds, while a slight bitterness enters the dance. A lovely balance that persists right through to the fresh, straightforward, sapid finish.
