With the blanc de noirs, we enter the expression of the brand, the cru and the dominant grape variety. Mailly bears the name of the village, as only the grapes grown there are used in the blends. The wine is racy, with the extra soul and vibrancy of well-born champagnes. We love the balance between the richness and vinosity of the Pinot and the "terroir" tension of the finish.

This cooperative, founded in 1929, is unique in that it only accepts grapes from the Mailly grand cru (where the chardonnays pinot and the pinots chardonnent), in the heart of the Reims mountains, from some 70 ha. All cuvées are grand cru. The champagnes are generally full-bodied and dense, with excellent definition of fruit. Undoubtedly the best cooperative winery in the region, this house is committed to an interesting parcel-based approach, with some 35 lieux-dits. On-site tastings are available.
