The gentle evolution of time has begun its work, and is evident in the creamy aromas of this champagne, barely underlined by notes of ripe white fruit, sweet spices and thyme honey. On the palate, this translates into a certain softness and generosity, with the bubbles providing just the right amount of support. Freshness is not absent, however, and lifts the delicate finish. A few Christmas spices add a touch of comfort.
