Pepper juice opens the bouquet, but notes of varnish quickly take over. Acetic acid makes an appearance on the palate, quickly jostled by a saline wave. Freshness is firmly in place, like springtime by the sea. The palate is very invigorating, intense, with lemony notes that awaken the taste buds. Salivating finish, very sapid with marine notes.
