Tasted just over a year ago (April 2019), this cuvée from the 2014 harvest only, offers fine bubbles that precede a delicate nose. The very saline, even salty palate is a model of digestibility and freshness. The acidity fades away, allowing the wine to offer its full range of flavors. Enjoy with open sea oysters.
