How flattering! From the very first aromas, rose, warm spices and wood intermingle to compose a very pleasant nose, which evolves nicely with aeration towards complexity. On the palate, fleshiness dominates over fine bubbles and envelops the palate. Sweet notes of fruit and spices (curry, pink berries) give fullness to a buttery body. This is a champagne that needs to show itself at its best. Why not a blanquette of veal with vanilla?
