This extra brut vintage cuvée is elegant and complex. The nose combines cooked apple, white spices and a fine mineral expression. On the palate, the wine has a marked freshness and fine bubbles. The finish is fresh, with notes of fern. A lovely cuvée to enjoy as an aperitif.
