A clean, subtle, salty and spicy nose, with powdery aromas of oak and caramel. On the palate, spices (nutmeg, cinnamon, celery salt, white pepper) continue in a fresh Chablisian style, with ripe white fruit (pear, peach) and a few bounces of sour oak through to the finish. Subtle notes of well-controlled Riceys ripeness and fruitiness.
