On opening, the nose is racy. After a few minutes, it gains in purity, blending ripe lemon and notes of calisson d'Aix. A gourmet, pastry-like pleasure. A velvety texture attracts an ample, generous, invigorating, chalky palate. This is a 2007 with great potential.
