An elegant effervescence introduces this racy vintage champagne. The nose is a real epicurean experience with aromas of yellow peach, strawberry coulis and soft spices. On the palate, the wine is straight, full bodied, mouth-watering and offers a never-ending length. It would match well with roasted turbot.

This 7-hectare estate was taken over in 1999 by Bruno de Villepin, who set about developing environmentally-friendly viticulture, notably by grassing down the majority of the vineyard. Level 3 HVE (high environmental value) and VDC (sustainable viticulture in Champagne) certifications were obtained in 2018, and steps are now being taken towards organic conversion. The vineyard is 100% permaculture. Since 2023, the estate has used only indigenous yeasts. Part of the harvest is vinified in barrels, and the wines are marketed one year after disgorgement. The domaine also produces a red coteaux-champenois.
