At first glance, the color is intriguingly intense, reminiscent of a glass of grenadine or tavel. This is followed by a nose of gourmet red fruits, juicy and tangy freshness. Strawberry and raspberry combine with spicy aromas and a hint of dried verbena. This fruity intensity is reflected in an energetic body, soothed by creamy bubbles. The acidity of the redcurrant adds its salivating touch, while the well-balanced dosage avoids any heaviness. Notes of fruit candy round out the finish. This rosé goes well with red meat or roast pigeon.
