This wine seduces with its very floral nose of rose and acacia, complemented by toasty notes of citrus and green apple. After aeration, orange and cinnamon come to the fore. The clean attack reveals a harmonious palate with aromas of honey, lemon, caramel and green apple. Its smooth texture and refreshing acidity create a perfect balance. Lovely fresh almond bitters prolong an elegant finish. A successful ensemble that's ideal with seafood or can be cellared for a few months.

This 7-hectare estate, taken over in 1999 by Bruno de Villepin, has undertaken to develop environmentally-friendly viticulture, notably by practicing grass cover on the majority of the vineyard encouraged by HVE level 3 certifications and the award of the VDC in 2018. The estate converted to organic farming in 2024. The vineyard is 100% permaculture. Since 2023, the estate has used only indigenous yeasts. Part of the harvest is vinified in barrels, and the wines are marketed one year after disgorgement. The domaine also produces a red coteaux champenois.
