The family-owned estate cultivates just over 7 hectares in Boursault, on the slopes of the Marne, near Épernay. Bruno de Villepin is committed to environmentally friendly viticulture through grass cover and is on track to achieve organic certification in 2024. The vineyard is managed entirely using permaculture—nettles, thistles, mint, and wild strawberries are planted among the vines—and the estate uses only native yeasts. Planted primarily with Chardonnay and Meunier, part of the harvest is vinified in barrels. The lineup consists of six champagnes and one red Coteaux Champenois.
