From the 2019 harvest and aged for a year in barrel, this dark red wine has a nose of black fruit (blackcurrant). The palate offers powdery, almost peppery notes (sweet pepper). Austere yet gourmet, this red champagne is appreciated for its originality and rarity. Enjoy it Burgundian-style, with eggs en meurette to match its polished tannins. Good value for money.
