Gault&Millau's review
This 7-hectare estate was taken over in 1999 by Bruno de Villepin, who set about developing environmentally-friendly viticulture, notably by grassing over the majority of the vineyard. Level 3 HVE (high environmental value) and VDC (sustainable viticulture in Champagne) certifications were obtained in 2018, and steps are now being taken towards organic conversion and permaculture. Part of the harvest is vinified in barrels, and the wines are marketed one year after disgorgement. The domaine also offers a red coteaux-champenois.
