A great vintage, a fine house and a superb cuvée sum up the tasting of this wine perfectly. We appreciate the gastronomic bubbles and creamy texture of this cuvée. The whole is precise, saline, charming, gourmand and punctuated on the finish by all the acidic energy of orange zest. The flavors transport us: from grapefruit albedo to a hint of infusion to ripe, savory notes of orchard fruit... Superb!
