This 100% Chardonnay has a subtle elegance, with notes of granny apples, tangerine zest and fresh citrus, plus a hint of almond glaze. The time spent on the laths gives the palate an assertive, gourmet fullness, combined with infinitely fine bubbles. This champagne, round, pleasant and delicate at the same time, is a fine representative of the 2006 vintage.
