The pale gold color with its brilliant sheen heralds freshness. The fine, elegant nose combines aromas of yellow fruit (apricot, peach) with hints of dried fruit and breadcrumbs, becoming floral with aeration. On the palate, the attack is lively and more citrus-like, with a zesty finish. The finish also reveals a very fine minerality, a sign of fine terroirs. Aperitifs and fine fish are a must.
