On the nose, fresh, beautifully ripened creamy fruit, unsweetened crème brûlée, subtle and airy, bright citrus... The bubbles are finely sculpted, and the mousse is puffy and mineral. The chiseled palate is marked by ripe yellow fruits and a magnificent ensemble of minerality, sapidity, acidity, freshness, chalk, all in perfect harmony. The mineral-textured finish is salivating, symphonic, endless. Monumental and invigorating. Bravo.
