The freshness of yellow fruit (apricot, nectarine), red apple peel and bitter orange zest contribute to a very pleasant bouquet, both ripe and fresh. Under a fine, persistent bubble, the palate is fresh and mineral, leaving a chalky sensation on the tongue. Citrus zest adds acidity, while crisp nectarine and apricot titillate the taste buds. The finish is balanced by the dosage, with a hint of bitterness that adds sapidity.

Pinot Noir is used only for blending rosé wines for maceration. The domaine uses sustainable viticulture methods and offers a limited range of champagnes at reasonable prices. White champagne, rosé and ratafia champenois are sold at the domaine.
