A perfectly mature wine. Time has done wonders for this vintage, with an evolving nose and a full-bodied, delicious, complex palate. A champagne wine designed for gastronomy, it goes perfectly with Bresse poultry and pan-fried mushrooms.

The family business farms 6.4 ha, the majority of which are leased. The plots are located on the Villers-Marmery terroir, a cru highly regarded by wine merchants, and are planted with 97% Chardonnay. Pinot Noir is used only for blending rosé wines for maceration. The domaine uses sustainable viticulture methods and offers a limited range of champagnes at reasonable prices. White champagne, rosé and ratafia champenois are sold at the domaine.
