Toasty notes (coffee, bread) and very ripe yellow fruit (apricot, peach) on a nose where evolution plays its part! These notes are reflected in a smooth body, supported by creamy effervescence. The dosage is present, but its coating accentuates the mature notes, while the bitter finish lifts the substance. A generous, interesting wine.
