Rich, powerful and complex, this blanc de blancs parcellaire millésimé is a success. On the nose, the greediness of roasted pineapple merges with the liveliness of fresh grapes. The fine bubbles set the ball rolling on the palate, with aromas evolving from nutty butter to mirabelle plums. A beautifully crafted champagne to be enjoyed for its own sake.
