The color is pale lemon straw with silver and golden highlights. Savory cookies, brioche, lemon tart and a few herbaceous notes combine on a nose that's both invigorating and dense. The bubbles are whipped and puffed with a delicate, fresh mousse. Sweet, bitter citrus (grapefruit) generates fresh, soft acidity on the palate, which is dry and floury, but intensely lemony, with a long, sapid finish.
