Gault&Millau's review
Domaine Cocteaux is located in the village of Montgenost, south of the Côte de Sézanne. Descended from winemaking families, Hélène and Benoît Cocteaux cultivate mainly Chardonnay, which on this terroir always has a sunny, rounded side, with finely exotic, honeyed flavors. A few vines of pinot noir and pinot meunier complete the blends. Vinification is carried out plot by plot in vats. All our champagnes are very successful, and we highly recommend tasting them.
