A magnificent house on the banks of the Loire, this is the home of Sébastien Thébaud's cuisine, where local produce and his own personal tastes combine to create a competent, inventive market plate. From either the terrace or the dining room, the view of the water is breathtaking, providing a poetic accompaniment to the chef's compositions. The €31.90 menu is a recommended option, with its langoustine makis and pea and mint panna cotta, its cannon of sole, parmesan viennoise and baby spinach coulis, guinea fowl fillet and morel tarragon cream, snail cromesquis, Azélia chocolate lingot. Attentive staff.
