Chef's Restaurant A bourgeois home away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, people come here for the timeless, elegant charm of the surroundings, and Jérôme Ponchelle's dishes, which revive gastronomic classics in an atmosphere of serene complicity. Loyal customers always come back for sweetbreads sautéed in sparkling butter with morel mushroom cream, steamed pike with beurre blanc, pigeon supreme with pan-fried foie gras escalope, and a final crème brûlée with raspberries and vanilla.
