Original Restaurant Just south of Aubrac, a discreet little house that doesn't look like much, yet hides a sanctuary of Lozère authenticity, where local classics are reproduced with love and simplicity. Christian Vergnet works his products and recipes with remarkable consistency, reviving fond memories of local charcuterie, trout, Aubrac meat, game and the unmissable aligot. The house also offers guest rooms.
