Gault&Millau's review 2025

Michel Bras' prestigious restaurant, now taken over by his son Sébastien, is no longer a household name. Less well known, however, is the fact that the family has also devised a remarkable refuge to offer its guests not only food, but also lodging. And what a place it is! Paying homage to the triptych of light-vegetation-mineral which presides over the destiny of the place, the 13 rooms and suites with their contemporary lines are extended by immense bay windows to better embrace the surrounding nature, with its profusion of wild flowers and granite rocks randomly placed on the slopes. A Relais & Châteaux member, this is a place not to be missed.
