On the contrary, we're here for the fine traditions of the Aubrac region, reproduced here with a touch of bourgeois hospitality, the right product and the right recipe. Under the beautiful light wood frame, the tables are lined with customers ready to enjoy the classics: calf's head with ravigote sauce, aligot, Aubrac beef, veal strawberry fricandeau, tripoux.
