Gourmet Restaurant A certain refinement in this chic bistro with its uncluttered setting, simplicity at lunchtime and an always interesting 5-course menu where the chef can give free rein to his inspiration of the moment: spider crab with green bean and fennel, shiitake miso beef, scallops with celery and onion, chicken from Janzé with broccoli and parsnip, a clean, well-executed work, central ingredient, accompaniment with sauce or condiment, in a sure-fire manner, right through to dessert (sesame grapefruit heliantis). A well-stocked local wine cellar.
