Modernized classics, a well-crafted menu for €38, plates prepared with care: duck cromesquis confit with Corsican clementine satay, roasted parsnip with rocket pesto satay, fillet of sea bream marinated in combawa butternut, leek confit with miso and lamb's lettuce coulis, Beillevaire cheeses, buckwheat almond tartlet. Lunch menu at €24.
