Original Restaurant L'Instinct Gourmand is located in Nantes' old town and is one of the city's liveliest streets, with a steady stream of new addresses. The restaurant's good instincts, tight prices and professional welcome keep it going. Few banalities, even at lunchtime in a formula priced at €20.90: gyozas chicken ginger coriander kaeshi sauce, fish of the day with marjoram butter fennel seeds roasted parsnips salsify, moelleux with lime and fresh blueberries. The same care has been taken to offer a small wine list with a fairly classic selection and well-priced wines.
