Gault&Millau's review2025
A family business for nearly five generations, the experience has been passed down to Patrick and Evelyne, who now run the house with a well-understood heritage. This former 19th-century coaching inn boasts splendidly preserved medieval architecture, with its square tower and pyramidal roof, old stonework and elegant lines. The Quercy menu offers a well-thought-out panorama of the region: organic trout fillet with Cahors wine sauce, duck platter in two ways, fresh pasta with pan-fried foie gras, braised sweetbreads, fresh pasta and carrots, a walnut tart. Suitable cellar. Attentive service.
