Gourmet Restaurant At JP Munoz's Saint Benigne restaurant, 2km from Pont de Vaux, classics are the order of the day, both in the slightly old-fashioned decor of the dining room and on the plate, where the region's must-try dishes are prepared with a certain ease, such as foie gras in a terrine or pan-fried with balsamic, frogs with parsley or Bresse chicken with cream, alongside inter-regional classics like Saint Pierre with sorrel or duck breast with orange. The plates are well laid out and copious, the service pleasant and the cellar affordable.
