Nestled in the heart of its own vineyards, in absolute calm, this 16th-century château welcomes you for a gourmet interlude in the land of great white wines. At the bar, you can sample the local cuvée, a very pleasant Viré-Clessé 2020. The cuisine is modern and precise, focusing on the essentials: asparagus and Arctic char with a delicate touch, buckwheat ravioli with wild garlic and a crayfish reduction, followed by a fillet of beef, delicately smoked with hay. Dessert rounds off this sequence with an elegant jasmine mousse accompanied by a citrus salad and white chocolate. When it's time to leave, the vines still accompany you, like a lovely extension of the experience.
