Chef's Restaurant A charming house, which in certain respects (notably its décor) seems to have remained frozen in another century. Dominique Tissier's cuisine also pays tribute to the greatest classics: foie gras (homemade) with fig chutney and brioche toast, duck breast roasted with spices and honey before the Coupe Colonel, in a menu-card wisely priced at €39.
