There's nothing quite like a trip back to the traditional restaurant scene, from business meetings to family dinners. That's what chef Dominique Tissier offers, as he builds his plates with generosity while respecting regional classics. Busy diners will appreciate the hearty €20 starter-main course-dessert lunch menu, while gourmets will opt for the more substantial menus, with fine Burgundy snail ravioli and light garlic-parsley cream, or a well-executed veal sweetbread terrine.
