This magnificent 4-star hotel-spa is a moment of luxury and charm in the heart of the Mâcon vineyards, with the added bonus of Frédéric Carrion's gourmet table. The experience is complete, and culminates in plates that are mastered from start to finish. The €86 menu speaks for itself, with Obsiblue shrimp with citrus zest, langoustine crushed with shallots, avocado tartar, baby vegetables and Crémant de Bourgogne, roasted hake with zucchini cannelloni and herbs, Kalamata black olive pulp, celery palet and glazed turnip, braised sweetbreads, artichoke, blackcurrant velvet and honey carrots, a warm Grand Marnier soufflé.
