Description
Sponsored "The spirit of the brasseries of yesteryear, with a modern twist" is how Sinan Dogan, co-founder of Sacrebleu! describes his establishment. Chef Olivier Payen's creativity is fully expressed in two signature dishes based on familiar French produce: homemade foie gras with chutney and a pink cookie insert marinated in port and cognac, and the famous brioche perdue with vanilla ice cream, salted butter caramel and caramelized almonds. The menu changes every three months, depending on the season and the produce. There's something for every taste: original vegetarian dishes, regressive pleasures, revisited classics... Children are not forgotten either, as all dishes are available in "mini" versions. A word about the wine list: 60 references mixing prestigious vintages (Roederer champagnes, offered by the glass) and small local producers. To be enjoyed in the upstairs private dining room, around a large table, or on the first floor, where warm lights and light colors contrast with the dark-colored tables.
