Christophe Mertes has been in business for almost a quarter of a century, and has maintained his position as one of the top addresses in the Halles Centrale area. This is solid bistronomy and well-updated dishes that know how to combine influences, such as a timbale of fish with baby vegetables and curry cream, roasted salmon escalope, grilled zucchini and chorizo cream, Chinese noodles sautéed with beef, bell bell pepper, onion and Thai basil, or iced nougat with dried and candied fruit, tangy coulis. Lunch menu €29.
