Chef's Restaurant On the banks of the Ill river, not far from the city center, this bourgeois house offers a zen-like environment, complete with flowers, if you're lucky enough to be able to enjoy the terrace. Delphine and Stéphane Kaiser cook four-handed, but it's Delphine who welcomes you and offers a choice of traditional French dishes, sometimes revisited with Japanese flavors. Lamb shoulder, for example, is served in furikake pastilla with anchovy-roasted fillet and vegetables au jus. The namelaka of Caribbean chocolate, oabika juice and sorbet, crunchy almonds will delight chocolate lovers with its combination of textures and the finesse of the oabika. 3-course and 5-course menus (€50 and €67 respectively), and a particularly wide and attractive choice of wines by the glass, advised by an excellent sommelier.
