Gourmet Restaurant On the quayside, the focus is on fishing and Brittany! The menus are interesting, but you'll want to check out the daily slate, which always offers suggestions to follow: tuna ceviche with passion vinaigrette, coconut coriander sauce and cashew nuts, peach eggplant return in a thin tart with Iberian chorizo, Breton sablé with mirabelle plum compote and Alsace honey ice cream... A job well done by a professional, from the preparation to the service, right down to the cellar.
