It has been a go-to spot in town for many years, offering a chalkboard menu and a central location on Rue des Juifs. Christophe Ischia skillfully works with seasonal ingredients, presenting dishes that are constantly evolving. This time around: Grandma-style presskopf, lemon chicken piccata with orecchiette, veal kidney fricassee with old-fashioned mustard, and a delightful plum tart.
