Chef's Restaurant The Bérard family has a firm grip on its beautiful hostellerie in the heart of the village. And while Jean-François now devotes his time to his Bastide des Saveurs, his father René's dishes are still very much in evidence, both simple and here in this bourgeois setting overlooking the Var countryside: stuffed zucchini flower with black olive crumble and tomato juice, bisque and fish ball "just like René", duckling with Solliès fig polenta in the right €88 formula, leaving a wide choice, right down to the seasonal desserts (strawberry and fior di latte ice cream, all choco...). Great cellar of the best Bandols, with Tempier parcels and many regional discoveries.
