Facing Cap Canaille and close to Cassis with its small fishing port and turquoise coves, this historic hotel has rediscovered all its charms thanks to Monika Kappel's remarkable restoration. Revitalizing its Art Deco spirit, the interior designer has preserved the scale-patterned staircase leading to the 45 rooms and suites dressed in deep blue hues. Most have balconies that open onto the garden, with its pine-shaded terraces and two magnificent pools. A staircase carved into the rock leads to a pontoon suspended above the azure sea.
