Customers appreciate the restaurant's atmosphere, where the joyful sounds of family meals still resonate. Simon draws his preference from his roots in the selection of his raw produce, sourced from local artisans who share his philosophy of eating well. And it's all about sharing, as he talks to his customers from the comfort of his open kitchen. By listening to their desires, he draws up a creative menu with original suggestions, evolving each month and offering surprising combinations of flavors. You can even offer these unique tasting moments as gifts, thanks to the establishment's gift vouchers. Racines' core value is sharing, and this is passed on every third Saturday morning of the month when the Chef leads his increasingly successful classes. Making good food accessible is the credo of Simon Braun, who is also very demanding when it comes to food and wine pairings (he offers succulent Alsatian vintages, but not only!).
