Chef's Restaurant This well-known establishment on the outskirts of Metz, a beautiful, welcoming building in a quiet village, has been enjoying a new lease of life for some years now (it was La Vigne d'Adam, and before that Le Jardin d'Adam). A young chef, Mickaël Emo, who has long worked with François Adam, has taken up the torch, while his brother Morgan, in the dining room, brilliantly completes a service that has been thoroughly modernized. On the plate, you'll always find good work, adjusted in price, particularly on noble products: lobster rillettes and bisque voile épinard, a beautiful canaille chic marriage with lobster and pork jus réduit, braised calf sweetbread lemon broccoli, apricot rice pudding hay ice cream. A wide choice of menus and a well-equipped cellar recommended by Morgan.
