Gourmet Restaurant No doubt the restaurant on the Château de Pallane golf course was holding up the course, as Lionel Créteur and his partner Laurence have now settled in Lectoure. It's true that the cuisine of this Brussels-born chef has something to hold everyone's attention, with recipes that are always original and well executed, whether it's his pork belly confit in fig leaves or his fir tree sorbet. The menu is renewed weekly, the wine list is south-west oriented, and Laurence will advise you on the best food/wine pairing, as well as making sure you're comfortable.
