Description
Sponsored Mijun and Vitaly, with 10 and 15 years' experience respectively in Japanese and French catering and pastry-making, have everyone in mind. So, at the height of the season, taste buds passing through the region can feast on regional dishes (tournedos Rossini, foie gras mi-cuit, magret...). The rest of the year is dedicated to local residents, who can enjoy Japanese culinary offerings such as teppanyaki, yakitoris and eels. "They're delighted to discover modern cuisine that's different from the ordinary and takes them on a journey", says Mijun, who invites you to finish your meal with her husband's pastries. Both the seasonal fruit croustades and the chocolate fondant are perfect homemade conclusions to be savored in this historic building. Duck products are sourced from a local farm, seafood from partner Mericq, vegetables, fruit and cheeses from the Lot, and some spices from Japan for an authentic immersion experience.
