Chef's Restaurant
Valérie and Jean-Marc Réal have been running their inn with passion and dedication for a quarter of a century in this small village south of Sarlat. And their inn does justice to this noble profession, which involves welcoming, feeding, and pampering guests. The chef brings talent to his craft, constantly evolving while remaining true to his region’s traditions: foie gras with bottarga shavings and apricot chutney, veal fillet with Colonnata bacon, Sardinian fregola risotto, braised morels, and chicken jus; crispy “Jésuite” with pistachio cream, cherries, and almond milk cream… A rich and varied wine cellar featuring fine bottles from all over the world.
